NCAA Board hands Letran Squires win over Red Cubs

The NCAA Management Committee forfeited defending champion San Beda’s recent Season 86 high school game against Letran after one of its player was found out to have worn a uniform lacking on one of the logos of the league’s sponsors.

King Cub Baser Amer was the player caught wearing the wrong uniform in San Beda’s 86-71 blowout of last year’s runner up Letran Wednesday at The Arena leading to the forfeiture.

The decision was based on the recommendation of commissioner Aric del Rosario.
