The top four teams from each group advance to the crossover, knockout quarterfinal round. The semifinals and finals are also knockout affairs. All games will take place at the FilOil Flying V Arena in San Juan City.

Finals is scheduled on June 13 with a Cheerleading Competition at 6:00 PM. Game to be broadcasted live over Studio 23.
