UAAP five-peat champion Ateneo and NCAA three-peat titlist San Beda have been seeded in the Final Four of Champions League (PCCL) 2012 National Collegiate Championship.

Last year, San Sebastian College-Recoletos prevented Ateneo from achieving a three-peat.
