Lady Generals Upset SBC Lady Spikers

EAC's Charmille Belleza, Arianna May Angustia and setter Annabelle Dionela joined forces to turn back the San Beda Lady Spikers in five sets, 25-21, 17-25, 25-20, 20-25, 15-13. 

The Lady Generals kept the Lady Spikers in check for most of the game with their superb jump services and Belleza’s bullet-like kills from left flank in the third set, but needed a fifth set after lapsing into errors late in the fourth set. 

The win had the Lady Generals climbing into a tie for the lead with the UPHSD Lady Altas at 3-0, while dropping San Beda women's volleyball team to 2-1 in a tie with the Lady Knights at second place.
